Children demonstrate positive attitudes towards learning and are well-prepared for their next stage of education, including the move to school. The curriculum, rated 'Good' by Ofsted on April 7, 2025, is ambitious and well-sequenced, based on children's learning needs and interests, and is implemented with enthusiasm by staff.

Leaders ensure that any additional funding is used effectively to enhance children's development. Staff accurately identify and support children who may need extra help, working closely with parents and external professionals to provide targeted support and ensure all children make the best possible progress.

Children have regular opportunities to play outdoors and engage in physical activities, and leaders promote opportunities to widen children's experiences, including frequent trips to the town park and local shop. Parents report that their children are eager to attend.
