• Leadership and management ensure the curriculum is ambitious for all children and monitor the provision and quality of teaching closely.
• Staff get to know children extremely well from the outset, understanding their starting points and past experiences to plan activities that extend learning.
• Communication, language and literacy are promoted in an exceptional way through meticulously planned activities and initiatives like 'Fab Vocab'.
• Respect and tolerance are promoted at a very early age, with younger children learning about themselves, their families and their community, and older children learning about other cultures through links with a pre-school in Gambia.
• Children's health and well-being is a key priority, with extremely well-cared for children, safe hygiene procedures, and excellent nutrition including salt and sugar-free meals prepared by an in-house chef.

• The nursery adapts meals to accommodate children's dietary requirements, and following parent requests, meals can now be purchased to enjoy at home, including family-sized portions for busy families.
