After doing some intensive research on local nurseries I feel confident that I have found one of the best. Both my boys attend here and I have nothing but praise for the all the staff. Every single day the key worker has a clear and honest account of what my child has done and it is usually followed with some feedback and suggestions. My children were very shy and introvert but I have seen them blossom immensely and become strong and independent after attending Oaks From Acorn. The drive home with my child gives me a clear indication in how much they enjoy attending. Covid - Since the pandemic Oaks From Acorn have been very vigilant in following their procedures and at all instances are transparent and upfront with any developments. No parents are allowed in and staff ensure children wash their hands on entering - I have seen this first hand on every instance. Highly recommended this nursery. Thank you staff!!

Last year I was in a situation where I needed to find childcare for my 1 year old. I was last minute let down by another nursery (I say last minute, I had a month to arrange childcare). One of the first nursery's on my list was Oaks from Acorns. I think I spoke with Sarah for a good 30 minutes, and then addition 15 minutes with Laura baby room leader. I didnt ring the other nursery's on my list, if people had time for me. They had time for my baby! She absolutely adores all of the nursery nurses that work with her! Its brought her out of her shell, she cant wait to get in the car to go to nursery, and generally just walks in now and is off up the stairs. The baby room girls are a testament to the nursery, and I have no doubt I will feel the same way when she moves up a room! Thanks OFA keep doing what you're doing as it working, my little girl is genuinely happy!

The staff are good but the nursery is very old fashioned. The facilities are dated and limited and so are the resources. They don’t have a communication platform or app and have made this decision based on finances only. They rarely go out for walks or to the playing fields opposite their nursery which is a shame. That being said, my child has progressed with the support of his key workers.
