Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

The manager and staff team liaise with teachers to ensure children are prepared for the move to Reception class. They seek advice and expertise to support children with identified delays in their development, for example, they are currently working with a speech and language specialist to further support children's communication and language skills. Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are supported to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Outdoor space

Children develop their physical skills as they climb, balance and pedal tricycles around purposeful obstacles outside. Staff carefully plan the environment to enable children to access resources around all areas of learning, both indoors and outdoors, setting up inviting areas outside to inspire children's creativity; such as a musical area with a stage so children can act and perform.

Orleton pre school, is such a brilliant, friendly environment, where all the staff really support the children to flourish with both their learning and independence. We value the facilities highly and the exposure they offer the children, throughout the year. We have found all the staff so friendly and helpful and can't thank them enough, especially helping to prepare our Daughter for school, and the relief of how she talks of the move to school so positively. We would not think twice, of recommending Orleton Pre-school to anyone.

My little one has attended Orleton Holiday Club in both the Easter Holiday and Summer Holiday since age 2. They're looked after so well by Polly and the team. My little one is so excited to take part in the activities the staff organise. Favourite activities are baking biscuits or Easter nests, going to the zip line and when the paddling pool is out. Roll on Summer 2026 Holiday Club!
