• Staff know the children well and plan for children's next steps through regular observations and assessments.
• Staff plan activities to support children's understanding of the world around them, including regular walks to learn about their local community and people.
• Staff work in partnership with parents to ensure all relevant information is shared and provide regular feedback about children's progress.
