SEND provision
Staff know all children well and consistently offer praise and support to meet their individual needs, ensuring children's individual needs are well supported.
Outdoor space
All children have daily opportunities to play in the fresh air, though some garden spaces could be better set up for energetic play to enhance large physical skills. For instance, babies enjoy playing with dinosaurs both indoors and outdoors, and pre-schoolers enjoy washing toy cars in the garden.

Very disappointing experience. When my son started to bite, the nursery repeatedly called me to pick him up instead of managing the situation. When I asked why they couldn’t simply stop him, I was told they were “not allowed to shout no” — and that if I wanted an extra staff member to supervise him, I would have to renegotiate and increase the fees. I never felt welcomed, and each phone call left me stressed. I also had the impression that the staff were not properly trained and lacked genuine care for the children. On many occasions, my son seemed very thirsty when I picked him.. If you are looking for a nursery that truly cares for your child’s well-being, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

The team has created such a positive and stimulating atmosphere for my little one. They offer a well-rounded curriculum that focuses on social skills, creativity, and early learning. The communication with parents is outstanding, and I feel truly involved in my child's progress. If you're looking for a trustworthy, nurturing place for your child, this is the one!

My daughter has been attending BON since December after making the decision to change her nursery, and I cannot express enough how happy I am with the decision and the care she receives. From the moment we walk through the door, we're greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of welcome. I've been consistently impressed by how they care for our daughter and I feel completely confident leaving her in their care, knowing she is safe, loved, and encouraged to reach her full potential. I wholeheartedly recommend BON to any parent looking for a nurturing, stimulating, and supportive environment for their child. Thank you to all the amazing staff at BON, especially Jodie- my daughter's key worker who tells me all about my daughter's day when collecting her, it's lovely to see the bond they have made.
