My son started progress House in July and has had a very positive at the nursery. All the staff have been kind and attentive, sharing updates on his day at pickups as well as updating key information on the parent app. He leaves happy each time he is at nursery and I can tell he has been well looked after by the team. I feel safeguarding is effective at progress House as they have an excellent policy for drop offs and pick ups at the door. In addition, accidents are dealt with excellently. My son was playing and he had a little tumble (as kids do) they rang to explain what happened and they also have an accident form on their parent app. My son also has a dairy allergy and they have been excellent at providing him with alternatives. I can't fault progress House, the team or managment and I'm extremely happy with the service and care that they provide.

Progress House is a superb nursery. The staff in the baby room are very helpful, professional and understanding of individual needs. The nursery is extremely well run by Elaine who is always attentive to communications and runs a tight ship giving us parents total confidence that our children are in good hands. The progress our daughter has made since being at PH has developed at remarkable pace. Her social skills and confidence have come on leaps and bounds. The food menu is healthy and balanced with all the vital nutrition. We can’t recommend Progress House highly enough to anyone in the Harborough area. The car parking is really good fun and makes you interact with other parents in a very unique way that no other nursery offers. We are very pleased and happy we chose Progress House, thank you so much to all the team there that look after our daughter, we’re very grateful for all the effort and hard work you all put in.

Progress House is a great little nursery. It’s the staff which make it so. Three of my children have attended the nursery over the years and all have thrived within it. One of my children has serious food allergies and the staff have been great, learning about the allergies (one of which is new to them) and ensuring that they are careful with the foods provided. They’ve taken time to chat with us about the allergy and my child’s specific needs. I do miss that it’s no longer privately owned, but Elaine and her team have been fabulous and I can’t fault them.

We have three children, who have attended a variety of settings depending on their individual needs. Our youngest attends Partou Progress House and absolutely loves it. The staff are wonderful and not only do they support the kids, they also support families when needed as we have learnt first hand following some health issues. The manager, Elaine is absolutely fabulous, as are her team. I would thoroughly recommend Progress House to anyone who is looking for a nurturing but fun and engaging setting. Thankyou Progress House

I can’t recommend Partou Progress House nursery enough. My son absolutely loves going to nursery and has learnt a lot more since he started. All the staff are simply amazing, caring and truly know how to do their job well. Before my son started nursery, he was quiet and shy but now he’s more confident, very chatty and understands so much more because of what he’s learning. I never have any worries or concerns because I know my child is in safe hands and with people who know what they are doing. Will definitely highly recommend this nursery if you want to have peace of mind and the best and strong foundation for your child.
