Inclusion & environment
Staff's ongoing relationships and collaborative working with other professionals are effective in supporting children's individual needs. Staff seek appropriate support from outside agencies as required. As a result, the interaction, support and reasonable adjustments made, improve children's daily care and education.
Children learn about the natural world. Staff encourage children to help care for the plants and trees that surround the outdoor area. Children engage in activities that extend this further, for example, they plant their own seeds to take home and watch grow.
As a smaller nursery, all of the staff know the children really well and they show a genuine interest in the children’s home lives and family. This is reflected in all interactions and creates a warm home from home atmosphere. The low staff turnover also means that many of the staff have known our son since he started three years ago.
Read on GoogleI highly recommend this day nursery. My little girl has attended since September, she used to be so unsettled but with the friendly faces and the loving staff she settled really quickly and enjoys her time there. She has made a close bond with all the staff and children there and always comes out looking like she has had a good day. The management team are very responsive to any queries or enquires you have and are very professional when dealing with them. The communication between the staff and you is brillant with their online system you are kept up to date on a daily basis. 100% recommend to everyone.
