Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities receive good support. Staff know the children well and consistently use strategies to aid their learning. The special educational needs coordinator liaises with other professionals to ensure children receive the help they need. Additional funding is used to support specific children.
Outside, children enjoy exploring ice, and staff encourage them to observe it melting in sunny areas. Throughout the year, children learn about growing their own vegetables, picking and eating them for snack. They also continue learning outside using chalks and balance on wooden planks, negotiating paths depending on other children.
We discovered the preschool after moving to the local area and we are SO glad we did. I couldn't imagine a more lovely setting for our child. The atmosphere is one of warm encouragement and fun; the staff are highly experienced and trained and their aim is to provide every child with a nurturing and early educational experience - something they achieve every day. There is a huge range of activities, including lots of space outside and inside to play and explore, plus several trips and events during the year. We feel so lucky to have found this little gem and can see how our daughter is benefiting from her time there as she happily skips off into the hall at drop off. Highly recommend.

Read on GoogleI have sent two of my children to Partridge Green Preschool (five years apart) and was delighted to see that they had kept the same staff! Both of my children love this preschool, the staff are really experienced and friendly, and the outdoor space is lovely. The stage area is also really well used for children's performances, which they love. A real community preschool in the heart of the village.
Read on GoogleFantastic Pre-school, both my kids love going here. The staff are all really friendly and help the children to grow in confidence here so they settle in very quickly-( less than a week for both of mine!)
