Inspector highlights

  • The manager and trustees have worked hard since the last inspection to improve identified weaknesses and are continuously developing their understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Children are superbly supported by a high number of staff, including one-to-one support when needed. Staff know children very well and are patient and supportive.
  • The curriculum is based on children's interests and is flexible, with staff proficiently adapting activities and bringing in new resources.
  • Children thoroughly enjoy exploring play with dried foods and sensory materials, with staff providing rich language to enhance their experience.
  • Managers and staff are very security conscious, ensuring effective safeguarding arrangements are in place.
