My little one has been with Play Pals for 2 years, I've had a huge amount of support with development needs and general support with everything including potty training, fussy eating, speech and social skills. He's absolutely loved being with them and the team are experienced, supportive, caring, attentive and have been like a second family to my LO. As a working mum we have to trust our kids are safe, loved and cared for and if that's a top priority for you then Playpals is the best option in Solihull! We have always been greeted with a smile, they went above and beyond to help with special requests and support. The communication using the app kept me in the loop of what fun and activities they were doing during the day which is priceless to keep as memories and just know what is happening during the day, what they're learning etc. I have an older child and my LO has now moved into a school nursery, so I'm also in a position to compare to three other nurseries and childminders we've used for full day services and this is hands down the best one in terms of communication, my child's happiness levels and his mood at pick up. Skipping in with joy, being picked up with a smile and talking excitedly about the grown ups and other kids is a good indication of a very happy child 😁 If you have concerns around ADHD or autism the team are fantastic in providing additional support, connecting you to the right community help and even paediatric referrals. I've had so much help and advice which has been priceless. I can't list them all but I owe a great thanks to Lynne and her team (Charlotte, Katie, Noreen, Yasmin, Jo and all the rest of the wonderful ladies!) who've done such an incredible job looking after my LO. I will continue to use them for holiday clubs in summer, Xmas and Easter.
Read on GoogleMy daughter attended Playpals for 2 years. Playpals helped her gain her confidence around other children and helped her thrive. The nursery has a real family feel all the staff take the time to get to know each family and each child adapting activities to your child’s needs and next steps. My son is due to start soon ! Would definitely recommend !
Read on GoogleOur daughter attended Playpals for 3 years full time. She was well loved, well nourished and happy. She has grown up to be a kind, empathetic and independent little girl, thanks to the care and guidance she has received from her nursery. She looked forward to going to nursery every single day, she would want to go even on weekends. All her food allergies were taken care of and alternatives were always provided making sure she did not ever miss out. Despite her being a fussy eater, she absolutely loved food at the nursery. She even learned some sign language. Playpals offers very personal care suited to individual child and family and as a family we felt supported during some of the difficult times. Staff are professional and have years of experience and the kids adore them. Lynne, the owner, is very approachable and accommodating, always doing what is best for the kids and staff.
Read on GoogleBoth my daughters have been to Playpals since they were 9 months and 12 months old. After we had such a wonderful experience with my first daughter there I knew when our second came along she would be in safe hands there too, when the time came. Really loving, caring staff there who cater to the individual needs of each child and have created a fun and friendly environment in which they play and learn. My children are school age now but still attend the holiday club at Ruckleigh School (not far from Playpals). It's run by the same staff, which they also love and always seem to have made new friends to play with. Couldn't recommend enough!
Read on GoogleI have had 2 children attend playpals so have been with them for many years. The staff are all friendly and bubbly and make the children feel comfortable. The manager is also very professional and very accommodating through me changing work and home situations. I have found all the staff to be very supportive to both myself and my children when required. Overall an outstanding nursery and would highly recommend.
