Staff now ensure suitable resources are available to avoid bringing play to an abrupt end. This means that children can continue to follow their lines of play, for example when they are outdoors in inclement weather.

We have bee using the nursery for over 5 years with 2 children. It's consistent in their duties and care. Also, feel like children go from home to home each time we dropped them. Keep up the good work.

Bit shocked to see bad reviews here the staff have been amazing throughout with our daughter she has been there for almost 4 years. Donna, Leia are the leaders in preschool and have been fantastic helping our daughter with potty training and her care. I would recommend them to anyone looking for vigilant caring team to look after their children.

I couldn't be happier with the care my son receives at this nursery. The staff are not only highly professional but also incredibly caring and attentive. It's clear that they genuinely care about each child, and I always feel confident leaving my son in their care. One of the things that truly stands out is how well the staff know all the children, even those not in their room, and can effortlessly match parents with their children. This attention to detail and the warm, welcoming environment makes it a fantastic place for my child to grow and learn. Highly recommended!

Manjeet in the baby room is incredible! She’s a wonderful person who genuinely cares about the children and their well-being. However, in the two-year-old room, I was signing accident reports nearly every week. One incident took Family First four months to provide feedback on, and we had to repeatedly follow up to receive it. Our child has since moved to a new nursery. I recently learned that the nursery is under new management, and I truly hope the best for all the children there.
