My Daughter has attended pumpkins since she was 8 months old. She loves being there, and is always smiling and kicking her legs when we get to the door. The staff are always polite and welcoming, and nothing is ever to much trouble for them. They defiantly are a family run nursery and treat all the children as if they are there own, most of the time my daughter doesn’t want to come home as she loves being there. I would defiantly recommend pumpkins to everyone.

My daughter has been going to pumpkins for the last year, she has loved it despite being a bit sad the first few times of being away from parents. The staff were very caring with her during the first few weeks when she was apprehensive. Since then she now gets excited to go, we receive regular updates on their app about what she gets up to each day, a full ‘day sheet’ explaining what she’s eaten, when she napped and what ‘nappies’ she had and when. I wouldn’t have any problem with recommending pumpkins to anyone.

My toddler went here & she was not happy at all - probably because she saw her parents being treated with such disdain by most of the staff. They were unable to accommodate our wishes and were very cold towards us. No friendliness whatsoever. An incident occurred whereby the owner started screaming at me in front of parents & children!! Extremely unprofessional. This was to do with the fact they went back on their word & thought that offering us Hours of 9am til 1pm 3 x a week was acceptable. This was after mummy returned to work & they had initially promised more hours!! Our daughter is now in a wonderful nursery (Little Tewkes) with equally wonderful staff & she has come on leaps & bounds. I cannot recommend this nursery unless you are in the 'Canvey Clique'

My daughter was with Pumpkins for many years and as a single parent were really flexible with dates and times to accommodate my needs. All the staff were great and i would have no hesitation in recommending to all my friends and family.
