Brutally honest review- I'm afraid it wasn't a good experience for us. Settling in time for everyone is 6 weeks even if your child has attended nursery before! They say the length of the settling in depends on the child but even if the child is ready, the teachers don't care because they just want to thin the crowds (because they get full gov't funding all this time)! Teachers don't care if your child is ready in 2 weeks, and say that this is our policy! No other nursery ever has insisted longer than 1-2 weeks of settling in, ever! When I had to stay and play with my son then I was completely left alone with him in the main play area with all the other kids and no teachers were around at all! Everyone were outside or in the hallway and I saw another boy drinking soap water bath where the kids could play in with their hans and toys, and I had to run to instruct him not to drink it because I emphasise- there were no teachers around to keep an eye on the kids! That said- My son had an injury report form given to me at least twice a week and many times no one knew how the injury had happened because no one had an eye on him! Bruises, bite marks, scratches! I was horrified! There is no structure in the day at all and teachers are just wandering around the place doing nothing! Kids just roam around finding things to do themselves, teachers are not giving help on toilet training at all, forced me to bring nappies in when I was desperately trying to potty train my son and on pick up I discovered every other time that he was sent home with a big poo that had stayed there God knows how long. The building is very very old and the facilities are not clean. The only lovely and helpful person in there is Sandra in reception who is genuinly great but overall I was not happy about the whole experience and based on this I definitely cannot recommend this place, I'm afraid.

This is a long one storey building on the edge of the award winning Bridget Joyce Square closed pedestrian street. It, therefore, has a pleasant frontage with slim birch trees, waving grasses and assisted plants. It's a popular under fives project well attended by White City Estate residents.

Really uncomfortable place as the nursery is big however there is no one cares about the children learning skills ,all the children do is playing by their own with the toys all day as the staff aren’t read or teach them painting .when it comes to food most of the days is brand and toast ,and also children aren’t encouraged to eat hence you have a hungry and upset kid to collect .In this nursery staff they don’t talk with the kids but always lying on the floor talking to each other .On the cold season kids have to play in the garden with out the gloves the parents given them.Always swapping kids as a luck of attention.my son refused to go in the class after a 2 month ,body language of the kids says a lot .The nursery runs by perfect sounding staff however when it comes to practical it’s zero .

Dad's stay and play on the first Saturday of each month. Is one of the few places dad's can take their little ones on a crappy day

On our nursery tour visit, I saw how neglected the children are. Teachers seem nice but there was 1 adult with about 9 kids in the room. The ratio wasn’t safe. There was no structure to try implement any early years teaching. I was shocked to see they received outstanding by OFSTED. Comparing to another outstanding nursery in the area which exemplify the term ‘outstanding’. I think OFSTED needs to review their standards and Randolph Beresford need to do better for the little ones in their care.
