We provide children with a beautifully crafted environment in which highly qualified educators motivate children to learn and become independent. As a group of nursery schools, we strive to instil within all our children the intellectual, emotional, and physical skills needed to become self-motivated learners, flexible thinkers, and creative problem solvers. Inclusion & environment
Children enjoy engaging in a variety of physical pursuits. Staff effectively plan trips to the garden, where they set up physical challenges to support children to develop many valuable skills like balancing, running, and playing ball games.
A lovely nursery in the heart of twickenham. This nursery is great at communicating with parents and listening to the parents in terms of caring for their child. The nursery has an extensive range of external providers that they collaborate with giving the children an opportunity to take part in forest school, mini athletics and yoga plus much more. They take the children out regularly where they can play in the garden or take them through the high street by the local river. The staff have played a huge role in my sons development and they treat him as if he were their own. From drop offs to pick ups you can tell they really know your child and their personality. They have no problems with you phoning in to check in on your little one but they also make live updates through their app. We love receiving regular photos and videos of our son during the day. A special mention to Lizzie, Gemma, Teresa, ili, Marwa, Dana and Somaiya and the rest of the team who have gone above and beyond for our child throughout the past two years
Read on GoogleMy daughter has attended Riverside Nursery since she was 10 months old and I can't thank the staff enough for the love, care and attention they have lavished on her over the years. Her development has been incredible and we have loved watching her grow into the lovely, polite girl she is today. Lizzie was there from the start (I think she held my hand as much as my daughter's at the beginning) and Amy and the toddler team (Ili, Kirsty etc) are fantastic.
Read on GoogleOur boys happy place- For any parent nervous about starting their children at nursery, be assured there is no need if you choose Riverside Grosvenor House/Holly Road! It simply is the best nursery in Twickenham - and has become an extension of our family. Our boys run in every morning to the biggest hugs and smiles. The team are simply incredible, warm, welcoming, kind, hard working and everything they do has the children’s happiness at its heart. Since the refurbishment it is even more fabulous with so much to explore, but above anything it is the staff that are the glue, the most incredible manager Lizzie, with the support of Amy. Then the team-Illi, Kirsty, Charlie, Katherine, Faith, Georgia.....the best ever! Thank you for all you have done for our 2 boys over the years!
Read on GoogleWe have had such a positive experience with this nursery I thought it deserved sharing. Our 1 year old started a few months ago and the staff have just gone above and beyond in their care. The Manager Lizzie answered every question we could possibly have without hesitation on our first meeting. Walking around on a tour you can see that she knows every child in each class and they run up to her to say hello. Since starting she has spent one on one time with our child playing football and knows every detail of his day when we see her. How she finds the time to go to this level of detail while managing everything I have no idea! Gemma who supports her is the same and alongside our key workers Lauren and Faith they have helped make the transition so smooth and really tailored their care for our child. (Accommodating our nap times/baby lead weaning/suggesting where to bring personal toys or comforters from home etc). Each morning they take onboard any requests we have and every evening they give us a full de-brief of his day. They also offered courtesy calls throughout the day if we had any worries or needed reassurance after he had been unwell at the weekend. While we haven't met the other staff in person they seem to know our son and regularly wave if we see them out on walks on days when he is not in nursery! All in all we would very much recommend the nursery based on the personnel and the level of care.
Read on GoogleTheresa & Gemma run a very good nursery. We have been very pleased with how our son has developed and how well he has been treated. The live updates every day while he is there is a great feature
