With an "Outstanding" rating achieved in its latest inspection on 10th March 2022, the devoted staff at Roose Nursery are highly qualified, with all 12 childcare staff holding appropriate qualifications at levels 3, 4, and 6. The nursery places children at the heart of everything they do, fostering a nurturing environment where children quickly settle and form special bonds with their key person.

Staff have extremely high expectations for children's behaviour, leading to positive actions and respectful interactions among the children. Roose Nursery provides a rich and stimulating environment, where children actively participate in activities and show deep concentration and enthusiasm for learning.

The highly qualified staff ensure that all children shine, focusing on developing essential skills for life, and providing enriching experiences like visits to local landmarks and nature trails. 30 pm, all year round, with a two-week closure over the Christmas period.

They also provide funded early education for two-, three-, and four-year-old children.
