Children demonstrate enthusiasm and anticipation for their day, greeting friends and staff with excitement. The dedicated staff, nine in total, including one with early years professional status and six with Level 3 qualifications, possess a deep understanding of child development and plan engaging activities.
Babies and toddlers delight in familiar songs, props, and peekaboo games, forming strong bonds with staff. The curriculum is ambitious, providing rich experiences, and the team is committed to continuous improvement, seeking input from children, parents, and other professionals.
The nursery ensures exceptional progress for children with SEND through expertly adapted teaching and strong collaboration with external professionals. Funding is strategically used to provide resources like multi-sensory tools, story sacks, and home learning kits, supporting children's emotional and educational development.
Staff's detailed knowledge of each child informs personalised learning plans, which are regularly shared with parents. The nursery also provides freshly prepared, well-balanced vegetarian meals, promoting healthy lifestyles.
Parental partnerships are exceptional, with parents highly praising the communication and dedication of the staff.
