Verbatim quotes recorded in the Ofsted inspection
Parents cannot speak highly enough of the staff and managers.
They comment how exceptionally well their children are progressing.
Parents attribute much of their children's knowledge to the highly effective curriculum in the nursery and the staff's dedication to expert quality teaching.
Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are expertly supported. Staff spend valuable time getting to know the children and working with their parents to determine clear plans for their care and learning that help them to make exceptional progress. Staff and managers work closely with other professionals and agencies to gain a comprehensive understanding of how to support all children and to help parents to access any additional funding available to them.
Children thoroughly enjoy their regular trips to the garden throughout the day. Here, their learning continues to an extremely high standard, for example, they express themselves, painting in the 'art studio', or explore the large selection of physical development opportunities.
Absolutely shocking nursery experience. The staff are very fake, unorganised and unprofessional. If you pull them up on something, the whole attitude changes. Please be aware of their no packed lunch policy. They misled me for the first 2 weeks pretending it was alright to bring in pack lunch and then all of a sudden they refused my son his lunch and water and then completely denied it. A 4 year old has no reason to lie. They then accepted that it was their fault due to lack of communication. If you use early years funding, they will not transfer the funding to a new setting. They messed me around so much. My child missed 8 weeks of childcare and they pocketed the money for no reason. Utter crooks who shouldn't be allowed to operate as they're only interested in making money😡. Please don't fall for their lies like I did, always trust your intuition and gut feelings.
