Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) has a clear understanding of her role and responsibilities. She acts promptly to concerns staff share about their key children's development and works in partnership with parents and other professionals to ensure the right targeted approach is in place, supporting children to make expected progress.
Children enthusiastically join in with den building in the garden. They work cooperatively together to help create their den. Staff supervise and guide children well to enable them to take safe risks when moving the large poles into place to create the frame.
My son thrives here, he has been attending since he was 9 months old and is now in pre school. The care and attention he receives is second to none and all of the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble for them and I know when I leave my son there he will be safe and cared for. He is always happy to go and never looks back when I leave for work.
