Smiley Faces Nursery, established in 2004 by Joy Francis, is a welcoming day nursery dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can thrive from infancy through to their preschool years. The nursery focuses on supporting children's developmental journey from three months to 56 months, employing a play-based approach within a secure and inspiring setting.

They emphasise hands-on learning, encouraging exploration, communication, and the development of confidence and self-awareness in their baby, toddler, and preschool rooms. How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) are identified by staff. The settings special educational needs coordinator (SENCo) works with staff, parents, and other professionals to identify individualised targets for each child. For children with more complex needs, staff receive relevant training so that they understand how to use specialist equipment to meet children's needs.
