I couldn’t be more grateful for this nursery and everything they have done for my family. My eldest daughter attended for two years and is in the prosses of being diagnosed with neurodivergency, & from the very beginning the team at Springfield showed incredible understanding, patience, and genuine care. They not only supported her individual needs within the setting, but also supported me as a parent; guiding us through the process of getting the right help and working closely with us as she moves towards diagnosis. Their compassion, communication, and commitment made what could have been an overwhelming journey feel manageable and supported every step of the way. It truly felt like I never alone but rather seen, heard and comforted about my concerns when others doubted what I was seeing. They are also currently supporting the transition from nursery to school, and have gone far beyond their role to make this as smooth as possible, not just for my daughter and myself, but even working closely with the school to ensure she has the best possible start. That level of dedication is truly incredible. Now my youngest attends, and she is absolutely thriving. The difference they make in children’s lives is so clear to see. The attention, love, and care they give each child in such a secure and safe environment is immeasurable. The staff are genuinely wonderful, kind, supportive, and dedicated people who go above and beyond every single day. I would recommend this nursery to any parent without hesitation. You might just find you gain a second family 🤍
