Our little one has been attending Stepping Stones since Jan 2024 and today is their final day. We cannot thank Stepping Stones enough for all their care and support throughout this time. Our child has absolutely loved it. We are all heartbroken that our time has come to an end. It has been so comforting to see them run through the door (and most days pushing us out as well) with so much confidence every morning. This morning they even got up at 5.50am, trying to quietly get ready themselves. When I asked why, it was because they wanted to be the first one there. I have to also mention that my child was initially in for 3 days and then asked me if they could do a 4th day, as they enjoyed their time there so much. It just shows the warm and nurturing environment that Stepping Stones provides for the children. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this incredible setting. We are forever grateful for all they have done. Will miss you all so much.

A truly special nursery – highly recommended! We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery for our son. It’s a non-profit setting, and you can really feel the care, passion, and love that goes into everything they do. The staff are absolutely wonderful – so kind, nurturing, and genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development. Since starting just a few months ago, our little boy has come on in leaps and bounds. He’s made lots of friends, his confidence has grown, and he often doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day – which speaks volumes! They go above and beyond with the activities they offer, including things like sports, yoga, French, and even little trips to the local church. It’s heartwarming to see him taking part in things I remember from my own childhood, all woven beautifully into a modern, engaging environment. One thing we really love is their use of physical learning journals to document each child’s progress. Being able to flick through photos and notes about his day, rather than relying on an app, feels so much more personal and connected. It’s honestly such a lovely place – warm, welcoming, and full of heart. The only downside is that our new baby has to wait until they’re two to join in the fun! I really can’t recommend this nursery enough.

Wonderful pre school. Staff are so caring and experienced. My son and daughter have had a fantastic experience there and they are superb at getting your child 'school ready' but the environment is very fun and nurturing. A very special place.

My two boys have been going here for a year now, they couldn't be happier - and neither could we as parents. The staff are absolutely wonderful, I leave every morning knowing they're going to have a fun-filled and educational day, in amazing hands. Such a friendly atmosphere and would recommend it without hesitation.

I could not speak more positively about Stepping Stones. The staff are absolutely wonderful and there is such a family/community spirit. The staff seem to love what they do and my 3 children have all established fantastic relationships with their keyworkers/other members of the team. They like to spend lots of time outside in the lovely garden which suits my little boy fantastically and they go to such effort to lay out a wide range of fun and engaging activities each morning. I have experience of other nurseries which have been fine but I have never felt as happy or confident leaving my children as I do at Stepping Stones. They have managed the Covid-19 situation really well and I feel happy at the measures they have put in place to keep staff/children safe whilst ensuring the children still feel settled. Highly recommend!
