Hidden Gem of a Nursery! My daughter joined at just 10 months of age and they have been incredible at helping her settle in and grow to love the place. The staff are incredibly experienced , attentive and nurturing , as well as very flexible and understanding which you don’t often get with Nurseries these days. The care is consistent with most people having worked there for years and years which is really important for your child to feel happy and comfortable. The place has a real homely feel , with small group numbers and therefore very personalised care . They go on outings very regularly so the kids have lots of time outdoors too. The food is all vegetarian/vegan and they are happy to cater to any dietary concerns . Would highly recommend!

My son is loved and cared for at Sunrise. The team there provide such an incredibly sensory, fun and excellent learning space for him and all the other children. From the daily routines of play and learning, inside and outside, to the delicious lunches and the staff they have created an atmosphere where the children can excel as little people. If you are considering places for your child I highly recommed Sunrise as an excellent place to start their journey into education and life skills.

My daughter has been attending Sunrise nursery since August 2022 and she has flourished throughout this time. She looks forward to going to nursery every single day and misses it a lot during holiday periods. The environment is small, kind and warm, and gently allows the children to grow in confidence and develop meaningful relationships with peers. Teachers are extremely experienced and creative. Also one of the few community based places left in the area. Has been ongoing for years and has accompanied the growth of a lot of local children (some of them are actually the parents of few children attending these days!!) Highly recommended!

My daughter has been attending Sunrise for a few months and we could not be happier. The staff are absolutely wonderful and they create a warm, welcoming, safe environment for all the children. My daughter is confident and happy and supported in all her endeavors, and she’s growing so much in this very special nursery. They also made our settling in period so easy. I’d recommend it to any parent looking for a relaxed, play-filled, calm and nurturing environment for their children.

Both my children love this nursery. They settled in really quickly, the care is so personalised. The staff and calm and loving, my children are so safe and happy. The staff communicate with me consistently and always strive to work with me to achieve the best care for my children. I feel very lucky to have such a great nursery. The children make multiple outings a week and are very engaged in the local community. The themes and activities are so engaging and carefully planned to work with the children’s skills and interests.
