She works closely with each child's key person, family, and external agencies to ensure that each child receives timely interventions and targeted support to meet their developmental needs.
Outdoor space
Children enjoy their time outdoors as they develop their physical skills, making 'chocolate cake' in the mud kitchen, driving in cars, and building with large bricks. However, a large, grassed area that is not utilised could allow children the space to run around.

Walking past the nursery and hear shouting, look up to see one of the staff shouting in a child's face because she had put a doll in the sandpit and it was now going to need washing! Not very professional and the poor girl was sobbing!
