How they support every child

SEND provision

Support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities is effective. Leaders use advice from the local authority to complete the children's assessments and targets. Leaders now meticulously monitor children's progress, identifying any gaps in children's knowledge early and seeking external help quickly to ensure children get the early and ongoing support they might need.

Outdoor space

Children delight in exploring the outdoor area. All children enjoy daily outdoor play and regular outings in the local community. They have lots of opportunities to be physically active. Staff interact with children in purposeful play, and children delight in racing on ride-on cars.

We are very grateful to the entire team at Tender Troops Nursery for the care and support they provide every day. My daughter has made great progress, is happy, and feels like it is her second home. The staff are kind, dedicated, and passionate about what they do. I would wholeheartedly recommend this nursery to any parent.

Very good place and staff and management very nice and polite Highly recommended nursery! Staff are very warm and welcoming to both children and parents! Staff always ensure the children's needs are met! Staff also work alongside parents, with potty training or healthy eating... always lovely dropping the children off here as they are always welcomed with such open arms and excitement.

We’re so grateful to the wonderful team at “Tender Troops” for creating such a warm, nurturing, and fun environment for our little one! 💕 It’s amazing to see how much they’ve grown in confidence, curiosity, and social skills since starting here. The staff are incredibly caring, attentive, and always go the extra mile to make each day special. My son started going at this Day care from the age of almost 1, then my daughter joined. The owner Vera is such a lovely lady and understanding. All the staff at the Day care they are very caring and friendly. Everyone made my Son's experience positive and memorable, he had a fantastic time and his confidence improved. Right now, my son is going to year 1 but he still asks me about the staff at the Day care. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Tender Troops to anyone! My daughter attended during the school holidays and, with all my heart, I must say she absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and so supportive, both with the children and with parents. Vera, the owner of the nursery, has a heart of gold and truly goes above and beyond to support parents whenever needed.
