Alphabet Nursery House East Ham has gone above and beyond for my daughter who at the beginning struggled to settle in. They have been extremely attentive, caring and supportive with our journey and 9 months later she is the happiest little girl who adores the staff and her peers, and looks forward going to nursery. The nursery do an amazing job at fostering the children's creativity and learning through play with endless activities that they do together. The staff listen and care to both the children and parents needs and I recommend Alphabet Nursery House to every family.

My son just finished pre-school here and I can honestly say he has absolutely thrived at the nursery and was so happy here. He regularly used to tell me he loves his teachers and I can see why. The staff here genuinely care about the children and it really does feel like having a mum away from home. I also love how the staff here put a lot of time and effort into hosting events for the children and parents to attend - they go above and beyond. Not to compare, but I've not seen other nurseries do as much as we've seen here. I've honestly not got a single complaint or anything negative about the experience we have had. I am glad that my son attended this nursery and would recommend this nursery to all parents. Thank you Alphabet House for making my son's time at nursery enjoyable and helping him to feel secure, happy and settled! Also a special thank you to Fathima Z and Fathima M - you have been nothing short of caring, attentive and just absolutely fabulous!

We have only just started our journey (9 months ago) with Alphabet House, but we are so happy with the choice we have made for our child. We viewed a number of nurseries and knew right away that we would feel comfortable leaving our 1 year old in their care. The staff are always so warm and friendly. They already know our child so well and provide us with updates both on the app and in person. As a teacher myself, the quailty of education my child was going to recieve was high on my list when visiting centres. The book studies and activities they plan for the babies are fantastic, engaging and are also further enhanced and adapted in line with the children's interest. All planning and activities we have seen, have been well thought out and stimulating. Everyday the staff are welcoming when greeting the children and the children are always excited to enter the building. We only deal closely with the adults in the baby room who are all informative, knowledgeable and friendly. All the teachers from the others rooms are warm, friendly and kind whenever they see us. Ms Sharmin, is a brilliant teacher who absolutely has a passion and love for what she does, it radiates from her eyes whenever she is talking about our child. She is also very knowledgeable about our child and knows how to continue to help her succeed in all areas of development. We are really happy with our decision to chose Alphabet House.
