My son has been attending this nursery since he was 13 months old, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he receives. From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, patient, and nurturing. They truly take the time to get to know each child as an individual. The staff make effort to communicate with him in his home language and we really appreciate this, just make him feel ease into his environment. One of the things we appreciate most is how supportive and attentive the team is. Moriam and Samira always keep us updated on my son’s day—his interests, new skills he’s developing, and the activities he enjoys. It’s clear that they genuinely care about his growth and happiness. He has flourished so much since joining, it was a challenge in the beginning for him but now he is keen to go in each morning and that says it all. We are very grateful for the love, communication, and dedication the staff show. Highly recommend! 🌟

My son started at the nursery when he was 15 months old, and the staff helped him settle in so well. He is always happy at nursery and excited to go in the morning, which says a lot about the caring and welcoming environment they provide. Samira, Moriom, and the rest of the team are incredibly helpful, professional, and kind. Their approach with the children is excellent, and they keep us updated throughout the day, which gives us great peace of mind. Moriom and Samira always take the time to share updates at the end of the day, which we really appreciate. Thank you so much to all the wonderful staff for creating such a positive and nurturing atmosphere!

My daughter started in June 2021 and she absolutely loves it. The staff are reliable, caring, and always come up with different educational and fun activities for the children. They also take them out to the playgrounds when the weather is nice. Since the new management took over, the nursery has been better than ever. The improvements have made a real difference, and I can see how much more organized and nurturing the environment has become. My son has also been attending since he was 1 year old and he really enjoys it too. I’m very happy with the whole team’s work and the care both my children receive. Five out of five! Highly recommended.

My two children have been with Alphabet house family for 8 months and have thrived in many ways from attending this nursery. They are always welcomed in a positive and happy environment and always have a great day to share with me. Not only this but the staff members have done a fantastic job in settling them into nursery life and have made a positive contribution to their learning and development. Since them being with the Alphabet house nursery they have become very confident individuals and utterly enjoy all that they do here.
