Parents' comments are overwhelmingly positive. They share with pride the progress that their children have made since attending and describe their experience as 'amazing' and 'outstanding'.
Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities are superbly supported. The special educational needs coordinator is extremely knowledgeable and proactive in supporting families. Staff are meticulous in their approach to working with other agencies, meaning children swiftly receive the support they need to excel.
Children show an impressive awareness of how to keep themselves safe, confidently reciting rules when engaging in forest school activities and recognising potential hazards.
Amazing nursery! Above and beyond! The setting itself is beautiful and the staff are so polite and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Would highly recommend, thanks again x
Read on Google£30 a day for food .... for a 1 year old. Just a reminder, all nurseries receiving government funding must: - Be completely transparent about any additional charges when a parent first takes up their child’s free place, for example, for those parents opting to purchase additional hours or additional services. - Deliver the free entitlements consistently, so that all children within a setting accessing any of the free entitlements receive the same quality and access to provision, regardless of whether they choose to pay for optional hours, services, meals or consumables. - Ensure that all parents, including disadvantaged families, have fair access to a free place, which must be delivered completely free of charge and do not charge parents “top-up” fees (any difference between a provider’s normal charge to parents and the funding they receive from the local authority to deliver free places). I might consider changing this review when they stop ignoring my emails. The Quality of the teaching is great though.
Read on GoogleHighly recommend this Outstanding setting! Children appear so happy and the teaching they receive off staff is fantastic.
Read on GoogleI'm leaving a 2 star review as CERTAIN Staff members are amazing and ensure they look after your child properly, otherwise it would be 1 star. The facilities are amongst the best in terms of space and toys, there are however some real negatives, sadly due to those I would not recommend here. • Excessive fees and consumable charges regardless of "funded" hours - seems to be a big loophole. Corporate greed in full swing. • Child left in nappy that long that she had acidic burns on her backside, way beyond nappy rash. Took almost a week to heal, upset me and my Fiancé, not to mention our poor little daughter. • App not kept up to date accurately each day with meals nappy changes etc. Sometimes updated whilst you're in the carpark, stating ate all breakfast, within the 2 mins it took for me to walk to car.......... • Absolute nightmare to gain access in the evening, I know security is paramount, but surely they could have the office based staff answer the phone. When our little girl first started going here it was great, sadly all the above negatives have occurred within the last three months and are the reasons she no longer attends here.
Read on GoogleForgot to tell me, hence letting me view and then my partner and get our hopes up as it looked great, that their policy is you must pay for one extra day plus the days you’re using the government funding for, eg you are entitled to 30 hours, want 2 days, you can only use 15 hours funding and must pay yourself This wasn’t clear until I chased again asking for how much the consumable charge and deposit would be. Just got a figure not broken down but around £500 for 2 days a week, £630 for 3 days - using the funding! 😮 Now they don’t reply to my emails. Seems that’s a theme looking at the other reviews.
