Fordingbridge Day Nursery are wonderful! All the staff are very professional and caring towards the children and families! The nursery are very flexible when required to be and always on hand to answer questions. The setting is on the main road and open 12 hours a day which helps working parents. The staff work very hard and we are forever grateful to them!! We would highly recommend Fordingbridge Day Nursery to anyone looking for a nursery setting.

Terrible Service. They caused a rat infestation on my thatch roof by failing to comply with the Prevention of Damage by Pests Act 1949 by failing to cut back their tree branches that were laying across my thatch roof. My pest control contractor told me I have done everything possible to prevent the rat infestation and that the rat infestation is totally due to the Day Nursery tree branches laying on my thatch roof. I am deeply upset and offended that the Day Nursery which is owned by Family First Nurseries Ltd have failed to resolve. Hence I am now being forced to take Legal Action using Forces Law as a Royal Navy Veteran who has served my past Queen and Country.

Wonderful staff, unfortunately the Manager doesn't match up to my expectations of a manager. Talking down to her staff, very disappointed. This has left me questioning whether my child that I was considering sending would be treated similarly.
