The Ivytree Nursery Hampton has been providing exceptional early years care for over 25 years, founded on the principle that children and their families are at the heart of the nursery experience. This independent nursery, located in Hampton, creates a stimulating and supportive environment where children aged 2-5 years can thrive and develop a natural curiosity for the world.
The dedicated and qualified team focuses on delivering a curriculum that encourages both personal growth and academic readiness, aligning with the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. Children benefit from a rich variety of activities, including extensive outdoor play in the nursery garden, creative sessions in the Ivytree Room with opportunities for sand, water play, and art, and focused learning in the Sycamore Room for puzzles, writing, and small-world play.
The nursery also incorporates special events, such as Caterpillar Music sessions, visits from hatching chicks, and local outings to Bushy Park. With its commitment to fostering happy, confident children, Ivytree Nursery aims to make each child’s journey a wonderfully positive start to their education, ensuring they are well-prepared for their next steps.
Our ethos
Our aim is to help develop happy, confident children with a curiosity for the world around them. We provide each child with exciting, rewarding activities and experiences that are appropriate for their age and development within an inclusive setting. We know children learn best when they are happy and so play is central to everything we do.
What it's like
The management team and staff create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel happy, safe and secure. Children arrive at the nursery with a smile on their faces, ready to start their day full of nurturing adventures. Staff are clear about the nursery rules and children know what is expected of them, learning to share and show kindness towards one another.
