We had our child in Cabot lane branch for about a year. For the most part was good and our child enjoyed go to the nursery. Some of staff are very good and supportive. However, one of our main agreements for our child to go was having no screen time which we were assured would be honoured. Recently, we noticed our child’s behaviour dropping and his focusing becoming more difficult. Our child also mentioned about having a screen time and certain characters from cartoons etc. We also witnessed our child watching something on an IPad when we went to pick him up early, and we were told that it was so they could have a break to prepare for the next thing. We were assured this was the only time and was due to unfamiliar staff and also being Christmas. However, judging by our child’s changing behaviour and them telling us they had screen time multiple times . It would appear this being a one time occurrence is not true. It’s a shame as the staff overall are very friendly and good at their jobs. However, this was a big break in our trust.

I am so glad we picked the Old School House for our little one. The team have been amazing. They're kind, caring and so creative and engaging. They're also really great with parents - great communication and updates, always warm and understanding. My daughter has grown constantly throughout her 4 years here, in confidence, language, social skills. They do regular trips and bring in different people - forest school sessions, baby ballet and the chance to meet snakes and an owl (a highlight for our kid!) A heartfelt thank you to them all and unreserved recommendation to anyone considering sending their kids here.

I’d like to thank Matt, Immy and their team who have cared for our baby girl for a number of years with real affection. We have seen her grow and develop under their stewardship and will be forever grateful. Having used a number of services based in the Branksome Park area, we can say that this service is exemplary. Highly recommended.

Professional, warm and friendly would be the words to use in conjunction with the nursery here. Our daughter walked into the building and she felt at ease/at home. This is certainly a good place to be. Thank you for all your efforts, even before we started.
