Tiny Talents Pre-School, located in Willenhall, West Midlands, provides a nurturing environment for children aged 2 to 4, operating Monday to Thursday during term time. The pre-school focuses on a holistic developmental journey, inspired by Sikh principles of compassion for self, others, and the world.
Their approach integrates elements of the Reggio Emilia philosophy, fostering a calm and natural setting that encourages curiosity. Attachment Theory underpins their co-regulation methods, helping children feel secure and emotionally regulated, while the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework guides their curriculum across seven areas of learning.
Tiny Talents aims to instil confidence, kindness, and independence, ensuring each child feels safe, valued, and connected as they discover their potential.
Our ethos
At Tiny Talents, the core philosophy is rooted in compassion, guiding children to grow with curiosity and shine with confidence. They strive to create a warm, inclusive, and safe environment where every child feels seen and supported in their learning journey. The pre-school emphasises compassion for oneself, others, and the world, drawing inspiration from Sikh principles. Their unique developmental programme, influenced by the chakras, helps children move from feeling secure to developing confidence, kindness, and independence. The learning environment is designed to be calm and natural, inspired by Reggio Emilia, sparking wonder and curiosity. Co-regulation, based on Attachment Theory, is central to helping children manage emotions and thrive, all within the framework of the EYFS to ensure comprehensive development.

Inclusion & environment
The special educational needs and disabilities coordinator meticulously monitors the progress that children make. She works closely with staff, parents and outside agencies to ensure that children with special educational needs and/or disabilities swiftly receive their full entitlement to early intervention. Children who need additional support with their language development benefit from high-quality, one-to-one teaching interventions.
The report states that the inspector observed the quality of education being provided, indoors and outdoors, and assessed the impact that this was having on children's learning. No further details are provided about the outdoor space or specific outdoor activities.
Great place and amazing staff. My 2 oldest kids attended this nursery and they loved it. My last child is attending same nursery and she loves it there. Staff welcome the kids every morning with a lovely smile ☺️ and it makes me happy whenever my daughter sees her key staff, her face enlighten up, rushing to get in. She is learning very fast. The school is renovated, cozy, friendly and warm. We love it here.
Read on GoogleThis pre school is perfect for little ones. Staff are wonderful and caring towards children and parents. I love how cosy the setting is, so it isn't so overwhelming for the little ones when they start. We've had 2 children pass through tiny talents over 3 years and couldn't be happier with the everything they've done. Thank you so much Tiny Talents team x
