How they support every child

SEND provision

All children make good progress from their individual starting points because staff get to know the children well and provide targeted support. Staff work closely with parents and other agencies to ensure a successful shared approach. This helps children to get the early and ongoing support they might need.

Outdoor space

Toddlers and pre-school children have many opportunities to develop their physical skills, and they spend much of their time outside benefiting from fresh air and exercise. Toddlers are supported well by staff to master the skill of climbing the steps to go down a slide.

I honestly couldn’t ask for a better nursery for my child! The staff members are so supportive, not just for your child but for your family as a whole. I honestly can’t thank them enough for what they have done for myself and my child. I highly recommend this nursery to anyone in the Christchurch area. My daughter is not due to leave until July 2025 and I think it will be not only hard for myself but hard for her to leave as everyone is so wonderful.

Absolutely love how engaged they are with the children no two days are the same, the management is great (well done Kellie) they love to let the children just explore as much as possible indoors, outdoors, they take the children out on little trips to the local park and down to the Quey. They have a variety of food options. All staff are very approachable and have time for each and every one. My daughter thrived whilst in the care at tops Christchurch.

I cannot express enough how amazing this nursery is. From day one I have felt that my son would thrive and he absolutely has. He loves the practioners. I can safely say that the practitioners always take into account the same routine as i have at home and adopt it at the nursery as best they can. I want to put a huge shout out to Livia, thank you for all you do for the Explorers and for Samuel in particular. You are all amazing, thank you.

Amazing nursery ! The staff and the new manager (Kellie) are just brilliant ! Very professional and a credit to the company. I cannot recommend this nursery enough to absolutely everyone in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

My son absolutely loves it here, the staff are great and they offer a wide range of activities to support development. They also offer flexi-booking for shift workers which is extremely helpful.
