We couldn’t be happier with VIP Pre-School and Nursery. Their communication is honestly the best we’ve experienced. They consistently ask for parents’ opinions on how to improve their services and what really stands out is that anything mentioned is acted on almost immediately. That level of care and responsiveness is rare. All the staff are always happy, warm, and smiling. Their smiles are truly contagious. It’s like every day is a good day there. Even after a tough day, just seeing the team at pick-up lifts my mood in a way I can’t even explain. That kind of positive environment makes a huge difference. Diane is an incredible owner and Darci along with the rest of the team are a true reflection of her supportive, caring and genuinely passionate. They feel like an extended family. If Diane ever decides to expand into a primary or secondary school, we firmly believe it would become the number one school in Essex. You don’t realise how much you all do for families, but we truly appreciate it. The way you care for the children as if they were your own means everything to us. Ashvera would never have started nursery this early if it wasn’t for VIP. Starting nursery is always difficult for parents, especially in the first few weeks, but with your support, we got through that stage so quickly. Now she absolutely loves going, she’s excited every morning, even picking her outfit just to show her teachers & friends! We are so, so thankful for everything you do. You truly are amazing ❤️ Ashvera has grown into such a confident 3 year old and we know that’s largely thanks to the incredible environment you’ve created. We’re incredibly thankful! VIP is simply the best ❤️
