About this day nursery

Wellingtons Day Nursery (Pavilion) in Rugby, established in 2014, offers full-day childcare for children aged 0–4 years. Open all year round, Monday to Friday from 7:45am to 6pm, the nursery provides a welcoming and engaging environment where children settle happily, thanks to established key-person systems and staff’s in-depth knowledge of individual routines and interests.

The nursery’s curriculum is designed to be interesting and varied, keeping children motivated and engaged through a wide range of activities both indoors and outdoors. Children often spend time outdoors in the fresh air, enjoying local trips and outings.

Staff sometimes involve children in recognising risks during woodland play; however, there is an ongoing effort to encourage children to identify these risks independently. Behaviour at the nursery is consistently good, with children demonstrating kindness and sharing resources effectively.

My son has really enjoyed his time here. The staff are lovely and build strong relationships with the children in their care. The administration team are quick to help with any queries, and all in all I would recommend the nursery to those in need of one for their children.
