How they support every child
SEND provision
Leaders and staff make regular assessments to monitor children's progress and identify any gaps in their learning. They use this knowledge to plan next steps and deliver effective support, tailored to individual needs, such as physical skill delays. Leaders work in partnership with external agencies to remove learning barriers.
Outdoor space
Children show a 'can-do' attitude as they play independently outdoors, confidently climbing fallen trees and manipulating tools. Staff encourage children to explore independently, helping them assess risks and construct with natural materials. The curriculum fully celebrates outdoor teaching across all areas of learning and development.
EAL / language support
Children are excellent communicators, developing a wide-ranging vocabulary. Staff continually build on children's communication skills through highly thoughtful shared conversations.
