Inclusion & environment
Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities have access to equipment with positive interactions. This helps to support their particular learning and preferences in play.
All children have continual opportunities to explore both indoor and outdoor environments. Staff recognise that some children learn better outside than in. Older children explore movement and balance in the woodland area using hammocks and yoga poses.
My child has been with the nursery for a few years. We had seen a great improvement in her social and communication skills throughout the years. She loves to go to the nursery every day and the staff is fond of her. The teaching staff identify individual children and treats them nicely, and helps them to improve the skills they required. They are dedicated and help us make her ready for school. Communication is clear with the parent app and the weekly newsletters and the staff and the Manager are always willing to help us with our queries anytime.
Read on GoogleBrilliant nursery! Our son has had an enjoyable time here. It's a great team - gives individual attention to the needs of the child. Well organized with regular assessments, feedback and support. My son is generally a sweetheart, however there has been several days where he was clingy/cheeky/tantrum-y and they have always been patient and caring. He loves them all and especially so fond of Carrey and Sam. Never felt difficult as a parent to leave him with them...always a delighted face on reaching his bumblebee room. It's a shame that we are relocating and has to take him out of this nursery. My lo will badly miss his Willows!
