Our ethos

At Young Minds Matter, we started with a simple idea: to make education accessible to everyone. We believe that education is a fundamental right and should not be limited by financial barriers. It is our aim to build on the work carried out in schools and deliver tailored, personalised learning in a friendly supportive environment, which develops confidence and enables children and young people to fulfil their potential, whatever their ability or barriers to learning. We firmly believe that education is the key that opens up opportunities for the future.

Maggie tutored my son, and wow, did she do an amazing job. He was struggling and she established an amazing relationship with him, guided him and helped him develop strategies, and transformed his experience with reading. She is outstanding! Her child-centred approach is genuine and her enthusiasm and care for children is outstanding.
