How they support every child

SEND provision

Staff work closely with a range of external professionals to support children with special educational needs and/or disabilities. They use strategies such as 'bucket time' to promote concentration levels. Visual cues are used to help children understand routines throughout the day. Parents speak highly of the support they receive to ensure their children make good progress from their starting points.

Outdoor space

Staff provide an interactive and enjoyable way for children to explore and understand the concept of pirates, including a treasure hunt in the garden. Older children learn to manage their own risk as they jump off the 'jumping table' in the garden.

We are very happy with our experience at 4Kidz nursery. When we first visited we could see children enjoy their time there. I especially like the free flow space between indoor play area and outside which is letting children to freely explore. The nursery is safe, stimulating and encourages learning through play. They always have fun new activities each week like baking, painting, playing with sand, making birth feeder. The staff are caring, attentive, and genuinely interested in each child. Communication from management and key workers is excellent — we receive newsletter, updates, photos, and feedback about our child’s day and development regularly. Everyone is always responsive to any questions or additional feedback if asked, which is very reassuring. Our child is happy and learns something new every week and we have a good connection with every one who looks after our child.

The staff here are incredible and really show that they care about my twin boys. They have been so accommodating for their complex dietary needs and have worked with us to create Menus that means my husband and I don’t have to prepare all of their meals. I cannot speak highly enough of the way Emma manages this nursery. Drop off and pick up is always a pleasure and I trust that the boys are really well looked after encouraged to learn develop their skills in doing things for themselves. There is good communication about what they were up to in the day both verbally and through the app. I would highly recommend!

My daughter started in September 2025 and settled in so quickly. She loves going to nursery every day. All the staff are wonderful, and they put so much thought into the activities, especially the messy play, which is her favourite! I’m really happy with this nursery :)

We’re extremely happy with our choice. Our daughter joined when she was seven months old, and the settling in process was handled so smoothly and thoughtfully. The team are incredibly caring and attentive, and we’ve seen amazing progress in her development and skills. Most importantly, she’s always happy to go in the morning, which says everything. Thank you to everyone for the support and genuine care.
