I cannot speak highly enough of the nursery itself and the professionalism of the operational staff. However, we feel as though we have been unacceptably let down and disappointed by the conduct of the accounts team at blueberry enterprises Ltd. When we enrolled our son we inquired as to whether we could use a certain workplace benefits package to pay the fees, which would be paid on a certain day of the month. We were told by the accounts team that as long as the payments were made on the charging month it would not be considered as late and would not be an issue. We proceeded in this manner without issue - or so we thought - for 3 months. After this time (which I will note, was enough time for our child to settle and integrate) we began to receive late notices and threats of late fees. Although disappointing, the late fees in the grand scheme of things weren't an issue. What was an issue, was when the accounts team began threatening us with "exclusion" of our child! Who that particular week was struggling with illness that was known to management. Due to the fact that we believe that in doing so we were acting in the best interests of our child we paid the additional £2000+ that was being demanded (for a month in advance!) so that our son can continue to benefit from the exceptional treatment he receives from the ops team. We are very disappointed in the handling and timing of this issue and the main reason for this review is to inform any future parents, that may not be in as fortunate position as us to be able to make this type of payment with a days notice, of the treatment of clientele.

Since we attended a nursery visit at Kids Inc in WGC, we were really impressed with the nursery, facilities and the staff. Since our little boy has started here, we couldn't be more confident that we've made the right choice for him and us. The staff are so friendly, really care for your child and are happy to help when you have Qs and/or concerns. He's settled really well and he kicks his legs with excitement when he sees nursery in the morning, he is so happy there. He's also been known to not want to leave at the end of the day - so that's probably the biggest compliment of all!

We looked around last summer when it first opened, and have since sent our son here when he was 10months. The relationships between children and practitioners, and between parents and staff are great. I feel well informed about what's going on throughout the day, the nursery does a lot of community focused events, and the security is good here. I also feel confident that the chefs are providing good meals, safely, and with dietary restrictions adhered to. I have recommended Kids Inc to some neighbors and I hope it continues to grow in popularity.

I was extremely apprehensive to send my little one to nursery & viewed a number of them in the WGC area, Kids Inc is the only place I felt comfortable sending my little one. From the minute I walked through the door for our viewing the atmosphere was incredible and I instantly felt at ease. It is personable and warm. My little one has been attending for nearly 6 months and has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his development all thanks to the friendly and knowledgeable staff and we cant thank them enough. My little boy loves coming here. We would be lost without Kids Inc WGC!

We moved our 3 year old here from another nursery, which made me really anxious about him starting at a new place. Everyday he comes home he is so excited to be telling us what he has been doing, what he's been playing with and what hes been learning about. His favourite part about nursery is how much he loves the meals. Its the first thing he tells us every time on the way home. Compared to how he was after he finished his last nursery, he's like a completey different child! All of the staff are lovely and friendly and you can see they really care about the kids. We can't wait to see how much more our son progresses during his time at the nursery.
