Inclusion & environment

How they support every child

SEND provision

Children with special educational needs and/or disabilities and those who speak English as an additional language are well supported. Staff work very closely with parents and other agencies to support children's progress and understand the needs of individual children. This ensures that children's needs are well planned for and that early help is identified, where necessary, to close the gaps in their development.

Outdoor space

Children spend lots of time in the outdoor area where they develop their large-muscle skills as they run and ride around a track and over a bridge in cars with their friends. Children dig and look for insects and bugs in the garden and the mud kitchen is a favourite as they fill containers with water and pretend they are cooking.

Angels Day Nursery has been one of the best choices we have made. First of all, I would like to extend a big thank you to the staff; they have been absolutely incredible, and we're especially grateful to have the same wonderful team looking after both of my children. Miss Scrivens, Miss Timmons, and Mrs Banks have all been amazing. My eldest son attended Angels and had an amazing experience. He now goes to the local infant school, where they have described him as a high achiever, something we truly believe was supported by the brilliant start he received at Angels. My youngest son has been coming here since he was eight months old, and now he is potty-trained in the toddler room. I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent. The food is always on point, the environment is vibrant, and my children genuinely enjoy their time here. Well Done To The Entire Angels Team!!!

Angels Day Nursery is a warm, caring, happy nursery. My daughter is always happy and is well looked after, the facilities are superb and the staff are fantastic. You can tell that all the staff has passion for what they do and that makes it easier for me as a parent to leave my baby girl who’s only 8 month old for the day knowing that the staff will go above and beyond to make sure my little one is comfortable and happy. The care is amazing. Also they always will take time to give detailed daily feedback. My daughter started this nursery when she was 6 month, now almost 3 month in and the development is incredible, I highly recommend Angels Day Nursery.

My little one has been going to Angels for nearly a year. Being a first time mom I felt very apprehensive about my little one going to nursery. This place isn’t a nursery, it’s a home from home. My daughter only goes 2 days a week and absolutely loves it. She is always learning and always having fun. She loves all the staff and they treat her like their own. I can’t thank them enough for treating my little girl so lovely.

My Son has been attending this nursery for the past 2 years and I am so happy with the care and support he has received. It is always a worry leaving your child for their first day at nursery but from day 1 he has been more than happy to attend nursery and never given me any reason to think he is not excited to go. The staff are lovely and approachable and I am more than happy with the varied activities on offer. The food on offer at angels is varied and nutritious, and although my son is a fussy eater at home, he eats well at nursery with his little friends, which i am over the moon about. Angels places a high importance on safeguarding and I am extremely grateful for that. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough.

Our son has been attending to this nursery since he was 7 months old. I was very anxious about leaving him, especially that whenever he was around unfamiliar people he was very upset and unsettled and I was more than convinced that signing him up to any nursery would be quite a stressful experience, however to our surprise he settled so well and so quickly. From the first time I visited this nursery I knew that this is the only place where I am willing to leave my son. The facilities looked very safe, including the garden, there are CCTV cameras covering every spot and most importantly the staff were so kind and friendly and I could tell that they really know what they are doing. Our son is 15 months old now and he absolutely loves it. He loves every single member of staff and he always has a smile on his face when I drop him off and pick him up. They have such a lovely approach to all the children and I am so happy to know that my son is in good hands. I can see his development and how quickly he is learning. Constantly he comes back home and we discover that he's just learned a new thing. They also keep a record of everything in his folder, where all the milestones are recorded, including staff observations and even photos and videos, including a video of his first steps. I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough, it is such a relief knowing that he is so comfortable staying there and being looked after so well.
