The team comprises experienced and qualified professionals, including specialists in childcare, forest schools, and special educational needs, all of whom are first aid trained. They are committed to providing exceptional care and fostering an engaging atmosphere for learning and growth.
The nursery encourages parental involvement through special events and is currently planning an expansion to include a new baby room by late 2026. Staff warmly welcome children into the nursery. Children arrive smiling and confidently separate from their parents, quickly settling and choosing what to play with. Staff offer frequent reassurance and cuddles, helping new children build bonds. Staff have high expectations for behaviour, offering gentle reminders which helps children learn rules and understand their emotions, providing strategies for when they become overwhelmed or upset. Children are making good progress in their learning, gaining skills for future learning and their eventual move to school.
Fees are structured by age bands for those aged 0-2 years and 2-4 years. Parents can choose from full day, short day, morning, or afternoon sessions. Fully paid sessions include age-appropriate meals and milk, whereas funded hours do not cover meal costs, which are charged separately as a daily rate.

Inclusion & environment
Older children enjoy exploring the garden, searching for bugs and insects. They develop their physical skills as they use the climbing frame and ride on wheeled toys, negotiating space.
Fantastic nursery, my son came here for years before going to school and had a great time. He always enjoyed his time there and loved going in. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, great opening hours. Highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for a nursery.
