Inclusion & environment
The support for children with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) is good. Staff swiftly identify those children that may require targeted support plans. They work collaboratively with other agencies to ensure a consistent approach for children's care, learning and development.
Children enjoy using the garden space to be physically active. Staff patiently support children to learn how to use the pedals on bicycles, and extend older children's skills by setting up cones for them to ride in and out of to develop their spatial awareness.
A wonderful nursery with caring and professional staff. The teachers are kind, attentive, and create a warm, safe environment for the children. My child enjoys going there every day and has learned so many new things. Highly recommended!
Read on GoogleI just have to say how happy I am with Ashbourne Dagenham Nursery. My 13-month-old absolutely loves it there. You can tell as soon as we walk in! She gets so excited, smiles at everyone, and just seems completely at ease. It’s the best feeling knowing she’s happy and cared for while I’m at work. The staff at Ashbourne Dagenham are truly amazingg, kind, patient, and caring. They take the time to get to know each child and make them feel safe and loved. You can really see how much they enjoy what they do, and that makes such a difference. The whole place has such a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and it honestly feels like a little family. I’m so grateful to have found a nursery where my baby feels so settled and happy. It gives me so much peace of mind every day knowing she’s surrounded by people who genuinely care for her. We couldn’t ask for a better place.
Read on GoogleWe’ve had such a positive experience at Ashbourne. The staff are so lovely and friendly, which really puts our minds at ease. Our son is always excited to go in, and has come such a long way since he started in September. Thanks so much 🫶🏻
Read on GoogleUnprofessional, had a call, was told about a scratch on my child's face, I challenged it and said that the scratch wasn't there before I dropped my child off.. I totally understand kids will be kids and accidents happen but they was adement that it wasn't done there, I was then contacted by the manager Nikki who said that the girls that work their feel like they are being blamed... when that wasn't my intention and i never pointed the blame at them part of the blame or guilt should come from them as they clearly aren't watching the children enough to know where a scratch across the face has come from. I was then told by Nikki that the girls feel uncomfortable and that I'm more than welcome to take my child away and elsewhere. I looked at reviews prior and saw that others said about the unprofessional vibe, but in the first instance, they are very welcoming. But it quickly turns when questions about the welfare of your children are brought up. I personally wouldn't recommend just from the 2 week experience I've had.. I've had 2 kids prior and know how it is in nursery so I'm very experienced with how one should be spoken to and protocols.. this was not it and they've let themselves down
Read on GoogleHighly unprofessional! I’ve just turned up for my book visit and I’ve been told by some man, it’s cancel due to a Emergancy. Then been told, I should have left a phone number by a man! You’re not organised to cancel a simple visit, but you want people to believe, they can trust you with their children?!?
