Leaders and staff demonstrate a sound understanding of children's unique needs and how to identify and access appropriate support; where children have specific needs, leaders and staff work hard to reduce barriers and are appropriately ambitious for all children.
Children benefit from outings in the local area to shops, parks and cafes as part of their learning. They understand routines for going outside, lining up and waiting to be led by staff to play outside.
