Our ethos

Our nursery was founded on a number of core principles: To offer an affordable uncompromised childcare experience. To use technology to enhance the parents' day to day experience of the setting. To create an Inclusive learning environment in which all those involved feel able to actively engage, feel safe and feel welcome. To be confident in trying new approaches as with innovation comes enriched experiences. To understand the constraints of working parents and to focus on relieving their stress and making childcare more enjoyable and not as daunting. The founders of the nursery understand that they have become custodians of the nursery, they use the word custodians as the nursery really belongs to the staff, children and parents that attend it.

What it's like

Leaders provide tailored settling-in sessions and consistent family workers, resulting in very special relationships and children who are happy and settled in a calm and inviting nursery. Staff support children's development, including communication and physical activity, and provide early help for children with SEND through liaising with parents and other professionals and incorporating advice into individual learning plans.
