Our daughter has been at Banana Moon since she was just 3 months old, and we couldn't be more appreciative of the care she has received. The staff are truly amazing; they have nurtured her growth and imagination, helping her develop into a confident and kind young girl. ​We particularly value the excellent communication. Whether it’s through the app or in-person chats, we always feel connected to her day. We are so grateful to the team for providing such a stimulating and caring environment!

Banana Moon is an amazing nursery, both my children have attended here and have both started as babies. The staff always have and always will go above and beyond to make sure both my children are happy and cared for. My children love coming to nursery and always have a great day which is always shown and documented on the app. Both my children have come on leaps and bounds at nursery and that’s all down to the staff teams. Management are great and very easily approachable always friendly and saying hello on passing the office. Please don’t be fooled by the negative reviews Banana Moon has and always will be amazing.

2 of my Grandchildren attend Banana moon nursery & they absolutely love it, I've always found all of the staff to be extremely helpful & polite & the girls love them all. They also do lots of activity's outside of the nursery within the local community which I personally think is awesome. Well done guys & keep up the good work 👍

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this nursery, particularly regarding the unprofessional conduct of staff members and the lack of effective management oversight that allowed the situation to occur. There were serious concerns around staff behaviour and the use of inappropriate language, including an incident in which a staff member used offensive language (swore) via the nursery’s communication app over message. This behaviour was wholly unacceptable and should never occur in a childcare setting. Following an investigation, the staff member involved was dismissed, which indicates the seriousness of the incident. Poor communication from management who avoided us. However, it is deeply concerning that this situation was able to happen in the first place. With stronger supervision, clearer boundaries, and closer oversight of staff and rooms, this incident may have been prevented altogether. Trust, professionalism, and safeguarding should be central to any nursery environment. Unfortunately, this experience raised significant concerns about management practices and staff monitoring at the time. Until clear and consistent improvements are made to ensure professional conduct and effective leadership, I would not recommend this nursery.

Staff have always been amazing with our child, always friendly, supportive and very professional. Always do a great range of activities and great with dietaries! Our child loves it there!
