I can’t speak highly enough of the teaching staff, they are all great with the children and my children are very fond of them. However, the admin here is absolutely dreadful, I’d even go as far as to say it’s among the worst I have ever come across: Communication during the pandemic has been awful. They take payments that are not owed and it then takes months for them to rectify the mistake (I’d like to say this is a one-off but I have spoken to other parents with similar issues). The nursery manager apparently doesn’t have a contact number for the accounts team and the emails sent to them are seemingly ignored. In the event you need to change your contact details, this isn’t something that the nursery manager is able to do and you have to speak with the head office. That aside, any excuse is used to close the nursery or send your children home (with you still having to pay the fees for that day). It says everything that following the pandemic, the first time they have been open for a full week is the first week of November (to be fair they weren’t charging for the day they wasn’t open). I really don’t think you will find a nursery in the area that is as badly run as this but if you are willing to deal with the headache, your children are in good hands as the teaching staff are great.
