Paid £650 in joining and place acceptance fees. Cancelled with two months’ notice due to work relocation. Our child never attended. No refund offered on these fees. After speaking with other nurseries and families, this level of inflexibility seems very unusual. Parents should read the T&Cs extremely carefully before committing.

Our son loves the nursery and team so much so, that he cries when leaving each evening. They have done a brilliant job with settling him in, making him comfortable, confident and supporting with developments. We love receiving updates with photos to see what he has been up to that day and as first time parents, makes the transition process much easier. All of the team are brilliant. We have had to make a few changes due to diet restrictions and even the chef wanted to discuss options that would be best suited to our boy. It always feels like everyone knows everything that is happening/discussed and all staff are invested in the children. Cannot not fault them one bit!!

My son started nursery in January. It was his first time in a nursery setting and he was quite overwhelmed and was struggling with me leaving him. The team at N, really have gone over and above to ensure my sons needs were taken into consideration , a lot of work was done to make him feel settled and now a few months in my son is fully settled ( with some cry’s in the morning which last for less then 5 minutes). He has really taken to the staff and feels at ease with them. I love how easy it is to communicate with my son’s key worker, the app enables me with direct updates and communication throughout the day. You get a news update in the afternoon with lovely photos detailing your child’s morning and I really look forward to see these updates, it really helps to make parents feel reassured as you can feel guilty leaving them at nursery, I know I did. The app was essential during the early stages of my son’s nursery journey with the staff messaging to keep me informed of his progress with lots of photos to reassure me. This really helped me as during the early days, I did shed a few tears seeing him cry when I left him. Food is great, healthy meals which my son seems to enjoy. Staff are friendly and understanding. My son is enjoying his time at N and now much more settled and has come along way thank you to the lovely members of staff looking after him.

My daughter has been at N Club in bishops Stortford since April. As a first time parent it’s rather daunting leaving your little world in the hands of someone else, but N club have made that transition easy. My daughter’s Key worker and the rest of the team are so personable, kind and caring and I feel completely comfortable leaving my daughter with them. The staff know my daughter really well and took the time to learn about her and her needs. They know what makes her happy and how to comfort her in tricker times. She has come on leaps and bounds since starting at N and continues to surprise me daily! The food is lovely and healthy and even though we had a tricky time with her eating it to start, the team at N worked their magic and got her there and now she always wants second servings! The front of house staff and managers are all so lovely and it’s so nice to walk in every morning to smiling faces and knowing they’ve gone the extra mile to know all family members. Thank you for everything!
