Our son started here recently and it has been the most fantastic experience. The staff are friendly and professional and take a real interest in each child. The communication is really good and the children do regular trips to local parks. 10/10 experience
Read on GoogleBest nursery experience we could ever wish for. We put all 3 of our children in Monkey Puzzle, we have been part of the MP family for 6 year in total. I can’t recommend the team and staff enough. The children are so well looked after, so happy, and all 3 of my children were ready, and confident going into school. The whole team has been really supportive and we will miss them dearly.
Read on GoogleOur son has been at this nursery almost a year and will continue attending until he starts school. The staff are fantastic, Ana was his first contact and it was clear how much she loved looking after him, when she was promoted she was sad to stop doing so (and so were we) but the transition was very smooth and everyone that has looked after him has been fantastic. It isn't the cheapest nursery, but I cannot fault them. They lay on great activities throughout the day, all activities are listed and photos sent (a real boon for someone with a punishing job like myself), great food (which is listed on their app along with naps), flexible when needed and have been fantastic throughout the COVID times. Our boy clearly loves his times there and we'll be sad when he leaves. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Read on GoogleOur son has just 'graduated' from pre-school here after being in their care since he was 1 and I cannot recommend high enough the experience he has had there. The staff are incredible - caring, creative, fun and friendly to name a few words to describe them. My appreciation for them has risen even further in the way they have dealt with the difficult circumstances of the last few months - implementing sensible safety measures, but in a way that makes the kids still feel comfortable. The graduation I mentioned above was an incredible way for our son to end his time at Monkey Puzzle - the staff put in so much work to make it a special event for every single kid there and I think it is safe to say that there wasn't a dry eye in the house for all the parents (although the kids all contented themselves with big proud smiles!). It was really indicative of how much care and effort the staff put in and an excellent example of how they go above and beyond what would be expected. The nursery prepares pre-schoolers very well for 'big school' with a strong emphasis on phonics and education through fun activities which occurs throughout the age-groups. They also provide the kids with an excellent diet and I still need to get Plange’s meatball recipe because my son always reminds me that mine aren’t as good! The nursery provides excellent communication as to what the children are doing at end of day (and a weekly call) – and also through the ‘Famly’ app where they post twice-daily what the kids have been doing with pictures which are always lovely to see! Our daughter is still at the nursery (in the toddlers room) and she is also benefitting from the same excellent experience that my son had there and I’m confident she will enjoy the rest of her time there and continue to blossom.
Read on GoogleExcellent nursery, would highly recommend. 😀
