My son has been attending Bear Hugs Waverley since 9 months old. He loves it there and has made his own little group of friends! The staff are great, very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. It’s been lovely to see my son grown and learn new things at nursery. They often organise cultural events and days and with the app we are always sent photos of what the children are up to! Whilst it’s never easy leaving your children with others, I know he is happy and cared for at Bear Hugs and we are pleased with the level of service and attention given. Would highly recommend.

We’ve felt very lucky to have found Bear Hugs Nursery. The staff is highly trained and professional. The environment they’ve provided for our kids over the years is educational, friendly and safe. The kids have all the attention and care they need to for their personal development. We don’t know how they do it, but we’ve always got our kids back with relatively clean clothes after a full day which includes messy play! Magic! We couldn’t be happier with the level of service they provide. Letting your little ones go for a day can be daunting for both parent and child alike, but the team at Bear Hugs have got the magic touch. You’re in the best of hands and I’ll highly recommend them to parents looking for childcare.

When I moved to the area years back, I went on nursery hunt and I found bearhugs and my daughter started. She loved it, always happy to go and they helped her till she got into reception then my 2nd daughter joined the nursery. She’s so excited, she has improved in her speech and so many things. The staffs are so lovely. It just feels like home. Parents are updated what their kids are doing in nursery. Thank you so much for taking care of my girls. I totally recommend..

Since my son started attending Bear hugs day nursery, he wakes up every morning excited and looking forward to going to school. As a parent, seeing the joy on my toddler’s face and hearing him sing about his friends while calling his teachers his “best friends” truly melts my heart. The nursery has played a huge role in shaping my son’s development. I have seen such positive growth in his confidence, learning, and especially his speech. His communication and clarity in speaking have improved so much, and it’s clear that the support, patience, and guidance from the teachers have made a big difference. The activities organised for the children are wonderful, and I really appreciate how the nursery consistently keeps parents updated about the children’s wellbeing and daily experiences. Their intentional effort to nurture the children both academically and emotionally is truly commendable. I also love how the nursery teaches the children to appreciate their parents. The thoughtful gestures like helping them prepare little gifts for special occasions such as Mother’s Day and Father’s Day are incredibly heartwarming. To my son, every day feels like “Mum’s birthday,” which shows how loved and happy he feels. A heartfelt thank you to all the amazing teachers and staff for the care, dedication, and effort you put into supporting the children every single day. Your work is truly appreciated, and it means so much to families like mine.
